Assessment and distribution are use for distribution of  amount in cost objects to other cost objects .

Tcode KSU5

Execution of Tcode KSU5 is required to run in order distribute amount to cost objects

As can be seen we need to give in field CYCLE .so that that CYCLE get executed

How to configure cycle and reason to configure cycles?

Cycles are configured so as to define allocation rules . We need to give

Sender and receiver cost center .Sender CC are one which is required to be allocated to receiver cost center .

This is where configuration of assessment takes place.after completion of configuration donot forget to do FORMAL CHECK given .

5 TABS showns above are required to be filled in .One must be sure which cost element and from which costcenter are required to be allocated to which cost center .Out of above TAB important is how amount is required to be distributed that is to be defined in Receiver Rule .If you want to distribute using some variable portion then accordingly select variable portion . statistical key figure are specific figure which are uused for allocation ,this need to be defined separately .

Most of error received by client is on that no sender and receiver is shown on execution of Tcode KSU5 . Reason behind this is that KSU5 will successfully execute only for that period in which cost element shows balance for that period S_ALR_87013614.

Now will test one allocation :-

GL/ cost element 60001 in cost center 700000 has balance for period 3 Fy14

so will run assessment for Period 3 Fy2014 . in tcode KSU5

Now will check whether update is done after execution in S_ALR_87013614..

So second bracket shows that 200.60 aallocated .

I am avoiding more screenshor for explanations as it may lead to confusion
